The Role:
Grosvenor is looking for a Safety Administrator to support our Safety team to cover a 12-month fixed term contract with the likelihood to extend. Working out of our Moorebank office and reporting to the Group HSEQ Manager, this role will provide key administrative support to stakeholders nationally. This role is focused on maintaining accurate safety data and reporting.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (with a safety focus preferred)
- Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability in written communication, administration and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Well developed MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
