Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager – HVAC to join the team and work out of our office in Moorebank, NSW.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management of HVAC projects preferably in the construction industry. Experienced HVAC technicians or HVAC engineers with high level technical skills and exposure to installation works, may be considered.
- Exposure to a variety of HVAC projects / installations in the mechanical industry.
- Trade, Certification or Degree Qualification in HVAC field/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management is desirable.
- Experience managing and working to project budgets.
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Estimating experience preferred.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including strong stakeholder engagement ability.
- Experience managing or implementing HSEQ requirements with a keen focus on all aspects of safety.
- Experience in HVAC essential - preferably in the Sydney market.
