As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Work Coordinator/Scheduler to join our dynamic Scheduling Team on a Fixed Term 6 Month Contract in Belmont. If you're a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Job Description
What You'll Do:
Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, client communications, timesheets, and purchasing
Oversee client portals, invoicing, and work orders to ensure smooth operations and meet performance targets
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist with monthly reporting to highlight our exceptional service
Maintain and update our database effectively
Desired Skills and Experience
Who We’re Looking For:
A proactive individual with a strong ‘get-it-done’ attitude and energy
Experience in the service industry is a plus; knowledge of fire services is even better
Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning skills
Exceptional multitasking abilities, especially under pressure
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other complex systems
Strong planning and organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive approach
