We are currently seeking a National Operations Administrator for our National Operations Centre based in Moorebank, NSW. This role is a Full-Time position, based on 38 hours per week and covers shifts between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. 

Job Description

The Role: 

  • Receive, update and manage client work orders via phone, email and online portals. 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding status and change of work order requests. 
  • Efficiently raise work orders in accordance with order type and job priority. 
  • Confirm status of works in progress, ensuring system data is maintained and documentation is received and validated.

Desired Skills and Experience

Selection Criteria: 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • 1 year experience in a similar customer service or administration role preferred.
