Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Administrator for our thriving HVAC Construction Division, based in our Moorebank office.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Business Unit including Construction Manager, Project Managers, Work coordinators, Contract administration, Estimators.
  • Assist with tender / project documentation and information control,
  • Collate and manage tender requests and producing bid review based on team feedback on daily basis in timely fashion.
  • Assist estimating team with keeping and maintaining records of tender workload, submission status and tender pipelines
  • Monitor contracts and purchase orders, documentation control
  • Collate and maintain up-to-date project invoicing schedules and forecasts by project managers 
  • Developing and maintaining office systems including project management tools/reports, data management, claim summaries, invoicing, filing & other adhoc duties.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate level capability with Microsoft Office
  • Cert III in Business (Office Administration) (Desirable)
  • Advanced training in MS Excel (Desirable)
  • Previous experience and capability in general admin duties with experience in planning and working to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Possession of a good work ethic and ability to use initiative to achieve results
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop good relationships
  • Construction or installation experience would be desirable, but full training given
