Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Administrator for our thriving HVAC Construction Division, based in our Moorebank office.
Job Description
About the Role:
Provide administrative support to the Construction Business Unit including Construction Manager, Project Managers, Work coordinators, Contract administration, Estimators.
Assist with tender / project documentation and information control,
Collate and manage tender requests and producing bid review based on team feedback on daily basis in timely fashion.
Assist estimating team with keeping and maintaining records of tender workload, submission status and tender pipelines
Monitor contracts and purchase orders, documentation control
Collate and maintain up-to-date project invoicing schedules and forecasts by project managers
Developing and maintaining office systems including project management tools/reports, data management, claim summaries, invoicing, filing & other adhoc duties.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
Intermediate level capability with Microsoft Office
Cert III in Business (Office Administration) (Desirable)
Advanced training in MS Excel (Desirable)
Previous experience and capability in general admin duties with experience in planning and working to deadlines
High level of attention to detail
Possession of a good work ethic and ability to use initiative to achieve results
Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop good relationships
Construction or installation experience would be desirable, but full training given
