Job Description

About The Role:

  • Demonstrates the highest possible professional regard to clients (internal & external).
  • Provide a high level of customer service & satisfaction.
  • Take ownership & pride in the work that you do, ensuring it’s completed at the highest of standards. You will show technical excellence, to the level that others strive to reach.
  • The role will consist of a mixture of maintenance work, service calls, quoted and reactive works. You should have the ability to find chargeable works, for yourself & colleagues.
  • Take ownership of your own sites, whilst building strong relationships/rapport with your clients and site FM’s.
  • Provide support, mentoring and expertise to a team of Technicians & Apprentices.
  • You will be required to oversee apprentices, ensuring that they get a mixture of works, across multiple technicians, and provide training if & when required.
  • Oversee, manage and work effectively in a team environment without supervision.

We Recommend You have:

  • Trade Qualification in Certificate lll in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 
  • 5+ years’ experience as a HVAC technician
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Refrigerant Handling licence
  • Restricted Electrical licence
  • OHS Construction Induction Card
  • A focus on quality and safety
  • Ability to work within a team or autonomously.
  • Strong communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike.
