Job Description
About the Role
As a field-based HVAC Service Technician, you’ll manage a dedicated service run across commercial sites throughout Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo and surrounding areas. Your role will include:
Servicing, breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of commercial HVAC systems
Supporting clients across offices, industrial, healthcare, retail and government buildings
Liaising with coordinators and supervisors to deliver timely, high-quality work
Diagnosing faults and recommending solutions, including quoting and follow-up
Identifying and reporting safety issues and potential upgrade opportunities
Delivering top-tier customer service that reflects the Grosvenor standard
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Need to Join the Team
Cert III in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
NSW White Card and Driver’s Licence
Experience in commercial HVAC repairs, maintenance and fault finding
Ability to work independently and communicate well with clients and coordinators
Strong problem-solving mindset and a safety-first attitude
