Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Business Unit with administrative duties including liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as needed to support branch operations
  • Database management, maintaining office systems & internal audits
  • Accurately manage vehicle allocations, tool maintenance and / or purchases, & assets
  • IT equipment coordination for the VIC branch
  • Handling incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assist with the on boarding of new staff by collating uniforms, IT equipment, allocating tools and identifying required inductions
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for field technicians & management teams
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by your manager to help fulfil Grosvenor’s Purpose and Values

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have

  • Previous administration experience
  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Currently hold or have an interest in obtaining a forklift licence
  • Interest in learning complex systems, as well as knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have well developed verbal and written communication skills with great personal presentation
  • Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic
