Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Operations Support Officer to work out of our Newcastle office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions! 

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Teams under the direction of the Operations/Service Manager and Customer Account Managers
  • Work closely with managers and account leads to deliver efficient and accurate administrative assistance
  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with the company’s COSI service delivery process and business requirements
  • Assist teams in managing their workload by taking ownership of administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on service delivery
  • Support nominated teams—and others when required—by handling administration quickly, effectively, and with attention to detail
  • Assist with producing reports (internal and external) and ad hoc paperwork requests for Client presentation when necessary.
  • Assist with Quote preparation/amendments for Customer Account Managers and/or National Quote Team.
  • Review Technicians dockets to ensure all opportunities for additional work have been actioned via quotes, upgrades and/or via additional work orders.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate level capability with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) (Desirable)
  • Previous experience and capability in general administration duties with experience in planning and working to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Possession of a good work ethic and ability to use initiative to achieve results
  • Well-developed Interpersonal skills and ability to develop good relationships
