As we continue to grow, we now have an opportunity for a new Client Relationship Manager. This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Brisbane Office – building Client relationships, and providing a single point of contact across the full range of our hard technical services. These technical services currently cover HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, Auditing, Sustainability, Analytics/BMS and Managed Service Agreements – but as Grosvenor grows – so will you!

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Relevant trade or business related qualifications
- Previous experience in a Client Relationship role, or sales within the Building/Hard Technical Services Industry
- Confidence across a range of software and computer systems.
- Demonstrable presentation skills
- Possesses strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, outstanding needs analysis skills and can operate within a team or autonomously.
- Is a polished communicator with excellent negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills.
