Grosvenor Engineering Group are looking for a Customer Account Manager – Fire. This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our centrally located our Moorebank Office. The role will see you heading out to client sites to manage new and existing relationships, actively seeking new opportunities for growth, and sharing your extensive technical knowledge within the Fire Services Industry.
Requirements:
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds
- Minimum of 3 years as a Customer Account Manager or Minor works manager with a proven ability in managing high profile fire maintenance contracts including, compliance, quoting & minor project works
- Previous experience managing minor dry and wet fire project works.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach and develop your team.
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
- A strong knowledge of AS1851-2012, AS1670 AS2118 and other industry relevant Australian Standards
- Tertiary education in Frontline Management would be an advantage.
