Position Summary
Lend your expertise to this great projects team. As the Pre-Contract Manager, Construction HVAC Estimator you’ll support the team as well as design and estimate a variety HVAC projects ranging in value from $2,000 - $1M+. This role will involve working as part of the construction team under your line manager to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of our HVAC ‐ Estimating team. By doing so you will demonstrate a sound understanding of our client’s brief / requirements in both our D&C and specified target markets. You will be responsible for designing / estimating projects of an array of values and scope by co‐coordinating our suppliers and sub‐contractors in order to achieve our delivery targets. You will be responsible for providing value engineering options to both our internal and external clients and estimating your own designs accordingly.
