Job Description
What will you be doing?
Travelling to sites within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW to conduct site asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
Collecting key asset information across HVAC & BMS Services.
Auditing individual assets using Grosvenor’s advanced technology
Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management
Developing relationships and partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business
Desired Skills and Experience
What will you need to join the team?
Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
Ability to work within a team or autonomously
Awesome communications skills – the ability to build excellent client relationships
Proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes
Intermediate computer skills to use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
