Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Bid Writer. This role can be remote from any location in Australia. You’ll build long-lasting relationships across our business by using your skills to deliver compelling tender submissions that provide real solutions! 

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Write clear, tailored responses for tenders, proposals, and capability documents
  • Turn technical and commercial input into engaging, well-structured content
  • Develop and maintain bid templates, frameworks, and standard responses
  • Review and quality-check submissions for brand, compliance, and accuracy
  • Create and manage Bid Plans, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate stakeholder input, site visits, and information requests
  • Manage tender submissions, portals, clarifications, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information and manage updates
  • Maintain bid calendars, inbox communications, and portal access records
  • Support and update the Business Development Toolkit and template resources

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce – Desirable
  • Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills & proficient in MS Office in general
  • An understanding of building maintenance and the Hard Technical Services industry (HVAC, Fire and Electrical) – Desirable
  • Project Management accreditation – Desirable
  • Excellent communication & strong written skills
  • Good time management & prioritisation skills
  • Experience coordinating various stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
