Position Summary
Lend your expertise to this great projects team. As the Senior Construction HVAC Estimator you’ll support the team as well as design and estimate a variety of projects ranging in value from $100K to multi-million-dollar capital replacement, upgrade and fit outs for our targeted markets. This role will involve working as part of the construction team to be highly responsive to our closely held customers and provide accurate and quality estimates and bid proposals. You will demonstrate a sound understanding of our client’s brief including projects with D&C responsibility where you will provide value engineering options to both our internal and external clients and estimate your own designs accordingly. You will be responsible for designing / estimating projects of an array of values and scope by co‐coordinating our suppliers, sub‐contractors and internal stakeholders. in order to achieve our delivery targets.
