Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our HVAC team in our Sydney CBD Office.

Job Description

The Role: 

  • Manage daily administration activities i.e. scheduling work with technicians, managing client calls and purchase orders. 
  • Manage work orders from start to completion to meet client KPIs.
  • Liasing daily with account managers and technicians.
  • Manage inbound calls from clients and internal call centre.

Desired Skills and Experience

Selection Criteria: 

  • Previous experience working in a customer service-based role
  • Ideally has exposure in the Trade Service Industry
  • Confident with technology and can work within complex in house systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive, proactive customer focused approach
  • Works well within a team environment.
