Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Regional Manager – HVAC (WA, SA, NT, VIC & TAS) to work out of our Melbourne or Perth office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!
Skills & Experience:
- Recognised HVAC or relevant technical trade qualification.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Significant experience in HVAC service or a technical service environment.
- Previous experience in a senior operational, middle-management or 2IC role.
- Proven experience leading and developing technical or operational teams.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to adapt to new technology.
- Willingness to travel interstate and intrastate as required.
- Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Management, Project Management or a related discipline, and experience in developing sales opportunities and converting them into profitable work.
